Jeffery Smith has been a full time pastor since 1990. In 1994 he was involved in planting a church which became Covenant Reformed Baptist Church in Easley, South Carolina, where he labored as a pastor for over 15 years. In 2009 he accepted a call to serve as a pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church, Coconut Creek Fl, where he still serves. Jeff also serves as chairman of the board of directors and a lecturer for Reformed Baptist Seminary, the residential arm of which is located in Coconut Creek. In addition to preaching and shepherding, he has been involved in ministerial and theological training in the U.S., Dominican Republic, the Far East, and Colombia. He is the author of The Rich Man And Lazarus: Plain Truth About Life After Death (Evangelical Press) and Preaching for Conversions (Free Grace Press) as well as contributing to additional multi-author books. He and his wife Kelly have six children, four boys and two girls.

Simonetta Carr was born in Italy. A former elementary school teacher, she homeschooled her eight children, has written for many newspapers and magazines, and has translated the works of several Christian authors into Italian. She is the author of the Christian Biographies for Young Readers series, published by Reformation Heritage Books, and other books for all ages.

David Vaughn is married to Nicky. They have 3 grown children who live respectively in France, England and America. After spending 6 years in Ivory Coast, West Africa serving in campus and church planting ministry, David Vaughn ministered for 3 years as assistant pastor of Heritage Reformed Baptist Church in Fayetteville, Georgia and was then sent to France by Heritage Church as a church planting missionary in 1991.

After working on a church plant in the Burgundy region of France and then planting a church in Grenoble, David and Nicky moved to the region of Aix-en-Provence in the south of France in 2012 to begin a new church plant which at present has 23 members and regular attenders. David has also worked for the last several years in training pastors in West Africa and teaches at the Brussels Bible Institute in Belgium.

Jon is one of the founding pastors of Grace Fellowship Church, Bremen, Indiana, constituted in 1983. He grew up in a pastor’s home in this small northern Indiana town. He was the second of eight children, and through the influence of his godly parents, the Lord was pleased to save him in his youth. Jon attended a year of Bible School in England and is a graduate of Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana, with majors in Biblical studies and Business. After working several years in construction, the Lord called him to the gospel ministry. Pastoring with his father for 30 years was a rare privilege and joy until he was taken to heaven in 2013. Being married to Jose for nearly 42 years remained his greatest of earthy gifts until she joined her Savior in 2018. Jon has 4 grown children and 8 grandchildren who keep him busy and thankful.
