Keynote Speaker
Dr. James (Jim) Newheiser, Jr.
Dr. James (Jim) Newheiser, Jr., is the Director of the Christian Counseling Program and Professor of Christian Counseling and Pastoral Theology at RTS Charlotte.
For 25 years, Dr. Newheiser served as the Preaching Pastor at Grace Bible Church in Escondido, California. He is also the Director of the Institute for Biblical Counseling and Discipleship (formerly CCEF West) and has served as an Adjunct Professor of Biblical Counseling at The Masterโs University. Furthermore, Dr. Newheiser serves as a board member at both the Biblical Counseling Coalition (BCC) and the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC).
Dr. Newheiser has authored several books and articles, and teaches many of the counseling courses as well as some practical theology courses. Jim has been married to his wife Caroline since 1979, and they have 3 adult children.

Ladies Fellowship Speaker
Caroline Newheiser (MACC, Reformed Theological Seminary, Charlotte) is an ACBC-certified counselor with many years of experience counseling women in the local church. She has served as a pastorโs wife for over 34 years, including six years in Saudi Arabia, and is currently the Coordinator of Womenโs Counseling at Reformed Theological Seminary, Charlotte.
Caroline is passionate about helping women view their lives through a biblical lens. In addition to her counseling work, she blogs and speaks to womenโs groups. Caroline is co-author of โWhen Words Matter Mostโ published by Crossway. She and her husband, JimโDirector of the Christian Counseling program and Professor of Counseling and Practical Theology at RTS-Charlotteโhave three grown sons.
