IMPORTANT NOTICE: Registration fees include guaranteed seating for all daytime and evening sessions and the Ladies Tea. We regret that meal seating has reached capacity and is no longer available. For those registering now, meals must be purchased and eaten off-site.

The last day to register is August 31.*

We recommend that you register now, even if you need to make your travel arrangements later. You can provide your travel itinerary later, and Early Bird registration is encouraged as an aid to the Conference planners.
